Are these real flowers?

Yes! All items are made from real flowers, leaves and botanicals. Size, shape and color of each flower may vary slightly, making every item that leaves our shop a unique one. 

Will my earrings look the same forever?

Please keep in mind all things that come from Mother Nature have a life cycle and age over time. We do use a UV protectant and slightly tint the resin for some designs to minimize color change, but change in color over time is totally natural and should be expected.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

YES! Blossom and Love is officially doing wholesale through Faire. Use this link to shop our catalog.

Can I get a gift card?

YES! Blossom and Love offers gift cards in several increments. They can be used on all regular orders and bridal/custom orders. Click Here to grab your gift card today! All gift cards are electronic sent via email.

My item doesn’t look exactly like the picture, what’s going on?

I only use real flowers, leaves and botanicals in my products. I do my best to choose flowers that are as close to the description as possible, but I cannot control the beautiful uniqueness of nature. You're guaranteed a piece that is one of a kind as similar to the picture as possible. There may be a slight shape and size difference in some flowers.


I've received my order, but I don't love it.

If you are not satisfied with your order, let’s find a way to fix it! Returns and exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase, but shipping costs are not covered by Blossom and Love unless the order came damaged. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full. 


Can I request a custom order?

Yes! I would love to create a unique, one of a kind piece for you! Keep in mind, I do not have access to every flower in the world, so I can't fulfill every single request. Head to the Customs Page to see how I can help create your dream jewelry or keepsake today! 


Can you teach me how to do this?

Yes! I now offer DIY kits with full tutorials of all of my methods. They include all of the pieces and parts to my top selling items, jewelry hardware, pressed flowers and everything, pretty much everything, but the resin.

I would love to help jump start your hobby/business. Schedule a 1:1 zoom consult to discuss anything resin, flower drying, social media, starting a business or jewelry making techniques. I know first hand what it is like to learn the hard way, let me help you save yourself time and money finding the best products and learning tricks of the trade. Sessions start at $150/hour and we can chat about anything you have on your mind about the art process.

How often do you ship items out?

Typically twice a week, on Monday and Friday. 3-5 days is average for order processing times.


Do you ship internationally?

As of April 10th, 2023, Blossom & Love will be fulfilling orders worldwide. Return shipping is not covered by Blossom and Love for any international orders. Standard First Class Package International shipping takes 12-18 days and does not include tracking outside the US, so I now only use 2-3 day express DHL shipping  and includes full tracking and insurance. For the safety of the handmade items, this is the fastest and most cost efficient approach. Import fees are possible for most countries and not included in the checkout price, please factor this in when importing from other countries.


My order says it’s delivered, but I don’t see it.

We're sorry your package can't be located. Unfortunately, shit happens sometimes and people are people. Anything can happen in the shipping process once the package leaves my hands, but I will do my best to fix what is in my control.  Insurance is purchased on every order and can be filed after 20 days of no movement towards delivery. 40 days for international orders. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. Blossom and Love is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders. Most of these packages are found at a later date, it is VERY rare a package goes fully missing. 

 

I input the wrong shipping address. Can I cancel my order?

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, Blossom and Love is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing name and address. Please email us immediately to make any changes to orders with incorrect shipping info.
