Can I come see your shop in person or schedule a pickup?

Yes! As of September 15th, 2023 Blossom and Love will officially have a brick and mortar location at Bottega Exchange in Las Vegas, NV. 6675 S Tenaya Way #200-A, Las Vegas, NV 89113. 

This is still a 1 woman show, so I can't be creating and in my shop at all times. For the time being, please schedule an appointment to drop by through the form on my Calendly. Some items are made to order or seasonal, if you are looking for something specific when you come in, please message me ahead of time. If you would like to schedule a drop off of flowers, or a pickup of a custom order, please use this same link.

Are these real flowers?

Yes! All items are made from real flowers, leaves and botanicals. Size, shape and color of each flower may vary slightly, making every item that leaves our shop a unique one. Please keep in mind all things that come from Mother Nature have a life cycle and age over time. We do use a UV protectant and slightly tint the resin for some designs to minimize color change, but change in color over time is totally natural and should be expected.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

YES! Blossom and Love is officially doing wholesale through Faire. Use this link to shop our catalog.

My item doesn’t look exactly like the picture, what’s going on?

We only use real flowers, leaves and botanicals in our products. We do our best to choose flowers that are as close to the description as possible, but we cannot control the beautiful uniqueness of nature. You're guaranteed a piece that is one of a kind as similar to the picture as possible. There may be a slight shape and size difference in some flowers.

I've received my order, but I don't love it.

If you are not satisfied with your order, let’s find a way to fix it! Returns and exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase, but shipping costs are not covered by Blossom and Love unless the order came damaged. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

 

Can I request a custom order?

Yes! I would love to create a unique, one of a kind piece for you! Keep in mind, I do not have access to every flower in the world, so I can't fulfill every single request. Some people like to ship me flowers from their gardens, or flowers they have from a special event. Fresh or dried, I'd love to get creative with whatever you have. Can you teach me how to do this?

Yes! I would love to jump start your hobby/business! Schedule a 1:1 zoom consult to discuss anything resin, flower drying, social media, starting a business or jewelry making techniques. I know first hand what it is like to learn the hard way, let me help you save yourself time and money finding the best products and learning tricks of the trade. Sessions start at $150 and we spend about an hour chatting about anything you have on your mind. I can't wait to see what you create! How often do you ship items out?

Typically twice a week, on Monday and Friday.

Do you ship internationally?

As of April 10th, 2023, Blossom & Love will be fulfilling international orders to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia or any country that does not have Jewelry on the prohibited packages list for USPS. Return shipping is not covered by Blossom and Love for any international orders. 

My order says it’s delivered, but I don’t see it.

We're sorry your package can't be located. Unfortunately, lost packages are the responsibility of USPS & lost package claims need to be submitted to the USPS website. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report.

 

Please keep your name visible on the report to match the order. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. Blossom and Love is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders. Most of these packages are found at a later date!

 

I input the wrong shipping address. Can I cancel my order?

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, Blossom and Love is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing name and address. Please email us immediately to make any changes to orders with incorrect shipping info.
